However, optimal exposure depends on individual needs and targets. The effects are cumulative, and excessive use may reduce benefits due to the biphasic dose-response (Arn-Schultz Law). We recommend a maximum of 60 minutes per day for daily use and suggest taking breaks—such as one day off per week—if results decline. Sensitive individuals should adjust exposure based on heat perception.
For fresh injuries, apply 2–3 times a day on 1–3 areas, while ongoing issues benefit from once-daily use on 3–4 areas. For sports optimization, use on up to six areas or two devices simultaneously. These are general guidelines—apply common sense.
