If you haven’t already, read When to use Wellness Applications and How to Use Your FlexBeam before proceeding. |
The way you breathe is crucial for your general well-being. When you are stressed your breathing becomes shallow and inefficient. You should use FlexBeam daily to improve the efficiency of your breathing.
You will be using three types of sessions interchangeably. One day, you should use Session A, and the next day, you should use Session B, and the day after that, Session C.
That means your session timetable should look something like this:
Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 | Day 4 | and so on... |
Session A | Session B | Session C | Session A | and so on... |
Take very good care of FlexBeam placement, program, and the duration of each session.
Each session consists of two FlexBeam applications on a particular part of the body. Each application usually lasts for 10 minutes.
Now, let’s see what Sessions A, B, and C actually mean.
Session A for Better Breathing
For Session A, start with using FlexBeam program RED (1) on your upper chest for 10 minutes. After that, switch to DUAL (2) place FlexBeam horizontally across your upper back for 10 minutes.

Session B for Better Breathing
The idea of Session B is to position FlexBeam in a way that allows it to reach your lungs. You will use INFRA (3) for two 10-minute applications.
Session C for Better Breathing
For Session C, you will use Program DUAL (2) in two 10-minute applications on your abdomen. FlexBeam goes horizontally across your navel for 10 minutes and then vertically across your navel and your abdomen for 10 minutes more.
Consider stopping your FlexBeam therapy for a couple of days (up to a week) after every three weeks of continual use.
