There are two Sessions you can use for your knee: Session A and Session B. These are slightly different, but each of them has its recommended use.
Session A may assist you to resolve any knee issue that you have been experiencing for less than 30 days. It may also help prepare your knees and legs for running, exercise, and other physical efforts.
Session B may support your ongoing knee issues, but it can also be an efficient addition to your efforts to strengthen your knee and leg muscles and boost their endurance and resilience.
Knee Session A
Session A involves using your FlexBeam for 10 minutes on each of the sides of your knee. You should repeat it every day.
Place FlexBeam on the front of your knee. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes. |

Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBeam on the back of your knee. |
Knee Session B
Stubborn knee issues require an additional application. You should also use FlexBeam on your lower back for an additional 10 minutes in addition to the direct knee applications. Session B should be used every other day.
Place FlexBeam on the front of your knee. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes. |

Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBeam on the back of your knee. |
Use FlexBeam for another 10 minutes, using the same INFRA (3) Program. This time, place it on your back, along your waistline. |
