FlexBeam may help you with your body’s natural healing processes when it comes to issues with your hips.
You can also use it as a support as you prepare your hips for exercise or demanding physical activities.
FlexBeam may also improve the strength of your muscles on the upper legs and the hips. Session A could assist with healing recent hip issues.
For these purposes, you should use Session B. Session B may be helpful for ongoing hip issues, as well.
Ongoing hip issues are those that last more than a month. Recent ones are those that last less than 30 days.
Session A for Hips
Session A is to be used daily. The total duration is 20 minutes and it consists of two applications, 10 minutes each.
Place FlexBeam on the front of your hip. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes. |
|
Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBeam on the back of your hip. |
Session B for Hips
Session B requires an additional FlexBeam application. This means you’ll have to use INFRA (3) on both sides on your hip and then add another 10 minutes, but with FlexBeam placed on your back. Session B is to be used every other day.
Place FlexBeam on the front of your hip. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes. |
|
Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBeam on the back of your hip. |
Use FlexBeam for another 10 minutes, using the same INFRA (3) Program. This time, place it on your back, along your waistline. |
