When you have issues with your hands, you can support the natural healing process of your body by Session A or Session B, depending on how recent that issue is.
We’ll consider all issues that last for less than 30 days to be recent issues. In that case, Session A is appropriate. This Session is also your best choice if you want to prepare your hands for exercise or other straining activities.
Session B is reserved for supporting the issues that last longer than 30 days. Using this session may also aid your efforts to improve your arm and hand muscles and boost your endurance.
Check Specific Applications for information about how many sessions you need and how often to have them.
Hands Session A
Prepare your hands for physical efforts and strains, like exercise or other demanding activities. Also, use this session to support recent issues. This session should be performed every day.
Place FlexBeam as close to your wrists as possible. Set it to DUAL (2) and hold it for 10 minutes. |
|
Keep the same Program, just put FlexBeam over your fingers. Continue using it for another 10 minutes. |
Hands Session B
For Session B, you need to add another FlexBeam application to the already existing two.
The third application should be on your upper back, covering your spine. Again, use DUAL (10) for additional 10 minutes. Session B should be done every other day.
Place FlexBeam as close to your wrists as possible. Set it to DUAL (2) and hold it for 10 minutes. |
|
Keep the same Program, just put FlexBeam over your fingers. Continue using it for another 10 minutes. |
Select DUAL (2) and place FlexBeam on your upper back, near the shoulders. Apply for 10 minutes. |
