FlexBeam may be used to target your lower legs and feet so you can:

prepare for exercise
-
to enhance strength and endurance
-
support the body’s healing process if you have a lower leg issue or issues with your feet.
Preparing your lower legs and feet for exercise and fitness performance is important. Session A may help you do that.
That same session can support recent (less than 30 days) issues with your legs and feet.
If you want to improve the strength of your lower leg muscles and muscles in your feet, or to support ongoing (more than 30 days) issues use Session B.
Feet and Ankles Session A
If you want to prepare your legs and feet for exercise and boost your performance, this is the session to use. It is also appropriate to support issues that have been present for less than a month. Do session A every day.
Place FlexBeam on the front side of your ankle. Set it to DUAL (2) and hold it for 10 minutes. For issues on feet or toes, place FlexBeam on the top of your foot. |

Keep the same Program, just put FlexBeam on the backside of your ankle for another 10 minutes. For toes and feet – place it at the bottom side of your foot. |
Feet and Ankles Session B
Session B is appropriate for strengthening your lower leg muscles, as well as for supporting the issues that last longer than 30 days. Use session B every other day.
Place FlexBeam on the front side of your ankle. Set it to DUAL (2) and hold it for 10 minutes. For issues on feet or toes, place FlexBeam on the top of your foot. |

Keep the same Program, just put FlexBeam on the backside of your ankle for another 10 minutes. For toes and feet – place it at the bottom side of your foot. |
Select INFRA (3) and place FlexBeam on the back of your knee. Apply for 10 minutes. |

Select INFRA (3) and place FlexBeam on your lower back, below the waistline. Apply for 10 minutes. |
It is a good idea to take a pause from your FlexBeam sessions every three weeks. That pause can last for a couple of days before you resume using it.
