Being in a state of anxiety is detrimental to your health and general wellbeing.
When you are stressed and anxious, your heart is racing and that, in turn, elevates anxiety further, draining your energy reserves.
You should use FlexBeam daily to calm your body. It will help you relax and replenish your energy levels.
We created two types of sessions that may help you with soothing down your anxiety. Session A and Session B. You can alternate between these two sessions each day for optimal results.
Something like this:

This is how these two sessions look like.
Session A for Anxiety Relief
Choose the DUAL (2) program and place your FlexBeam horizontally across your navel. After 10 minutes, place it vertically across your navel again for another 10 minutes. For the last 10-minute application, switch to INFRA (3) and use FlexBeam on the upper part of your back, across the neck and shoulders.
Place FlexBeam over your navel, horizontally. Use DUAL (2) for 10 minutes. |

Using the same DUAL (2) setting, place your FlexBeam vertically across the middle of your abdomen for another 10 minutes. |

Switch the program to INFRA (3) and place FlexBeam on the top of your back, from one shoulder to another. Apply for 10 more minutes. |
Session B for Anxiety Relief
The idea of Session B is to repeat the positions of FlexBeam on the abdomen, but instead of treating the neck, treat the lower back. This time you should use RED (1) over the abdomen.
Place FlexBeam over your navel, horizontally. Use DUAL (2) for 10 minutes. |

Using the same DUAL (2) setting, place your FlexBeamvertically across the middle of your abdomen for another 10 minutes. |

Switch the program to INFRA (3) and place FlexBeam on your lower back. Apply for 10 more minutes. |
Use your FlexBeam continuously for three weeks, but then consider pausing it for a couple of days (up to a week).
