Your lower back is important for all your exercise and fitness efforts. It is also a part of your body that gets affected by a sedentary lifestyle.
It is possible for FlexBeam to assist your efforts to resolve your back issues. It may also help you prepare your lower back for a more efficient exercise and also to fortify your back muscles.
You can use FlexBeam on your lower back in two ways. One is Session A that may help you with recent back issues and preparation for exercising.
Session B may be helpful to you with ongoing back issues as well as with building your back muscles and boosting your endurance.
Session A on Lower Back
Use Session A every day. It involves using FlexBeam on two areas of your body. It lasts 20 minutes in total.

Place FlexBeam on your lumbar area (across the waistline on your back). Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes. |
Keep the same Program, just position FlexBeam even lower than it was before – aim at your sacrum area. Continue using it for another 10 minutes. |

Session B on Lower Back
Use the same applications as above, but with an additional FlexBeam application. This means that you will have 3 applications, each lasting for 10 minutes. Use Session B every other day.

Keep the same Program, just position FlexBeam even lower than it was before – aim at your sacrum area. Continue using it for another 10 minutes. |

Switch the program to DUAL (2) and place FlexBeam on your upper back, near the shoulders. Apply for 10 minutes. |
