When you have issues with your shoulder that you have been feeling for less than 30 days, consider them recent. It is possible that Session A can boost your healing processes. It might also help prepare your shoulder for exercise.
Every shoulder issue that lasts over a month is a persistent issue. Session B may support your efforts in resolving such issues. It may also help you improve the strength of your shoulder and arm muscles.
Check Specific Applications to learn how long your FlexBeam sessions should be and how often you should use the device.
Shoulder Session A
Use FlexBeam Program DUAL (2) for 10 minutes and then switch to INFRA (3). Use Session A daily. Notice that there are two possible FlexBeam positions for the second application on your shoulder. Use the one that you feel works best for you.
Set to DUAL (2) and place FlexBeam on your upper back, near the shoulders. Apply for 10 minutes. |
|
Change the Program to INFRA (3) and place it over the shoulder to cover both sides of it, or you can place it along the front side of the shoulder. |
This is the alternative way for you to position your FlexBeam on your shoulder. |
