When you use your FlexBeam on your elbows, it is possible that you may experience improvement with any issues concerning your elbows, arms, and forearms.
FlexBeam may also assist your fitness and exercise regimens. It is possible to prepare the muscles surrounding your elbows for more efficient exercise by using Session A.
The same session may boost your natural healing processes if you have a recent (less than a month) elbow issue.
Session B may help the healing process of ongoing elbow issues and also improve the strength and endurance of the surrounding muscles.
Elbow Session A
Session A is meant to be done every day. It consists of two FlexBeam applications on both sides of your elbow.
