You can apply your FlexBeam to your abdomen and let the red and near-infrared light reach your abs, and also your stomach and internal organs.
You may prepare your abs for exercise and help your efforts to achieve a well-defined six-pack. It is also possible to support the healing process for recent (less than 30 days) issues. Session A is appropriate for these goals.
When your issues last for more than 30 days, or you feel you should intensify your sessions, you should pick Session B.
Stomach Session A
Session A is great for preparing your abs for exercise, but also for the healing processes in case of any recent (less than 30 days) stomach issues. Session A should be used daily. It lasts 20 minutes in total.
Stomach Session B
Session B lasts for 30 minutes and should be used every other day. It is great for supporting your efforts to improve the strength of your abs, as well as the healing processes for ongoing (more than 30 days) issues with your stomach.
